It was a call at night 10 probably, Surprise was waiting my way. it was a call from my mentor giving me super Feb surprise as VVN Degree College Bangalore had Organised an inspirational talk in the name "Empower the Youth". It was my immense Pleasure to be invited as a guest speaker as an live model for initiating various social projects like 36meals.com, iuy2c, iucares, iunewspaperbag...

My message for every individual you want to become a great leader was...

'IF YOU ARE NOT A LEADER, BE A GREATER FOLLOWER' without your knowledge you will be a wonderful Leader.

Be MAD !

Mad means 'Make a Difference'

When the purpose is clear your efforts rushes through the right direction, Probably most of them don't understand you initially unless they see you in reality being mad- Making/Made a difference.

Be mad on the right for the purpose you serve.

'Be a sign of positivity'
Today i came across a fellow friend of mine who started to share the situation which he is suffering from, It Just takes a couple of minutes to shut the mouth and Wide open Ears.

As a saying goes ' Listening ears are far better than wiping hands'

I became a good listener today, after some time i started triggering him about his strengths and capabilities and added a smile on his face.

My Little time and positive words helped him to think.
 Finally suggest 'THINK AND ACT'.

I remember the words my mentor telling as ‘Be a small change maker in the most possible way’

Combo 1:

Yes, it was a very proud moment today when the H.O.D and reader of commerce department Vijaya College Jayanagar A.P Sir Appreciated the tem of Volunteers Who took part in meals donation camp on Jan 27^th 2013. Donating close to 100 meals, searching for the right needy person on the streets of Bangalore south region. We made a small little difference in the society by killing hunger and bringing sweet smiles on their faces with www.36meals.com .  

Combo 2:

I call it as a combo because today again Students of Vijaya College Jayanagar Soundarya and Adithya BBM students severed theirs time in the most appropriate manner. They addressed a crowd of 150 students with the most important topics which those government school were impacted at the end of the session. Teachers and principal in that school were very happy for the voluntary initiative taken with www.iuy2c.org . I personally appreciate them for their selfless service.

Many people sit back in home [comfort zones] and simply blame on the structure of political, education and cultural system of theirs.

Reasons being i don’t have technology, this is the time for enjoyment [college days Chill dude] i don’t have money, it is not my cup of coffee [then tell them to make tea J]

I met a few people who repeatedly repeat the same damn problem with everybody. When you look at them they spend a lot of time unproductive [back in home] don’t know where to go and what to do?

I recommend you to step out each way has a new way walk through it discover your passion.

Thumb rules:

ü Crush your ego and learn from everybody and anybody.

After 5 long years stepping into school with a strong purpose to create awareness in the minds the youths about one of the major issue of the world Global warming. It was an awesome feeling executing an international project Iunewspaper bag initiative [www.iunewspaperbag initiative] 150 student’s enthusiastically participated and successfully did 1800 newspaper bag which can be an alternative for plastic cover. It was interesting that every student did 12 bags each as it is a magic number of the month 12:12:12.

Before I write this blog one of my friend gives me a call from i store seeking suggestion to purchase mobile. The sales rep there is interested to sell a particular model, well we generally ask for suggestions before shopping.

Something which made me think was, how exactly advertising is effective today? What role is it playing? Is this is the purpose of BTL & ATL [advertising strategies or techniques] severed.

Before we invest on generally suggestion are taken from peers, importantly we surf on net which is helping millions to understand the depth of the product [merits &demerits]

Fact for that matter is traditional channels of advertising on T.V, Radio, Newspaper, magazines etc..., is not serving the accurate purpose of convincing the customers to buy their products. Advertising is helping the brand to establish in the market.

When you own a business getting hold on your customers is most important before Ur competitor wins the hearts and minds. The role of digital advertising is increasing rapidly.

Hi folks, i write this blog after an interesting meet with 4 young potentials of our nation who made their evening productive and interesting, when others were busy gossiping around

 Here I come to the topic which is a wanting me to share with you all, HOW AN INDUSTRY creates its own space building its own brand, reputation and creating revolution in the books of history.     A few examples to state-

·      Iron and a steel industry – 1906 when TATA established I &S industry

·      Cotton industry – 1851 in Bombay as it’s the most suitable for Indians to wear for its climate

·      Silk industry- 1832 East India company started in west Bengal

·      Man Made Fibres- Nylon, terelen & Polyester etc..

·      Paper industry-1932 in West Bengal, During the last 25 Years which has grown a lot

BUT it was not a cake when each and every industry took its birth, it happened over a period of time and today they are leading industries.

Something which I should narrate and make you all imagine ,most of  our parents would have told us not to play or watch it because this industry was known as foolish game , even then Sachin started his carrier @ 16 and today he is known as ‘god of cricket ‘.

UNBROKEN : PROMISES

Hi folks i know you will empthise with the title broken promises, Yes right from the birth we promise the the child to give a bright future .Probably we bono the results.
   Well we all live in the world of internet today, i simply mean we get everything on finger tips and we are fast with time. People treat their words lightly. we tell our friends lets go out for movie,lunch or outing/coffee etc...,knowing full even when we don't have time to do so. we promise our parents when we arrive home late that at any cost tomorrow night i will join for dinner with the family when we know are are attending a party the next night.
  we promise ourself every new year day 'Man this year will be the year of milestone for my life'and put it into shape and achive all my dreams and goals.
"Small things matters a alot" i remember my mentor telling this every time.
The real problem when you don't keep up to your words, you loose credibility. when you loose credibility you break trust and bond.Breaking bonds and relationship leads to broken relationships.
  The author whom i always admire and look up to Robin Sharma suggests a simple solution called as "Truth Fast" for the next seven days and vow to be completely honest in all your dealings with others and importantly with yourself.
when you promise some one youill do something, Do IT !! Just Do IT ! Be a person of your word rather than being "all talk and no action".
Give your quality time with your family friends and society, Promise and do it.
Life is too short to break promises,Lets promise ourselves that from this day each and every promise will be kept up to our words.Just feel the difference !!!
